An unsubscribe link is located at the bottom of all announcement and marketing emails that we send out. If a customer no longer wishes to receive The Seventh Mind newsletters, news, announcements, and promotional email, they may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in such emails and opting out through their control panel.

The Seventh Mind stores the personal information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.
We only keep data for the free subscription period for 3 days before deleting it. We also retain subscription data on a monthly basis for 5 days unless the subscription is renewed. We also retain subscription data on a 6-month basis for 15 days before deleting it from the Seventh Mind database. Regarding annual subscriptions, we keep data for one month.
The Seventh Mind has the right to retain data beyond the periods specified above, and this is not binding on the Seventh Mind.
If you renew your subscription during the retention period for your data, you have the right to retrieve your previous data.
The CRM team or Helpdesk team will send you emails before the end of your subscription period to remind you of the subscription expiration date. They will also send emails immediately after the end of your subscription period and before the end of the data retention period to give you the opportunity to renew your subscription before losing your previous data.
No customer has the right to request benefit from his data in The Seventh Mind database after the end of his subscription period unless his renewal.
Seventh Mind does not send any electronic files of customer data in any way.
